Ingredients

Servings: 650
  • 6 untreated scented roses (should yield about 100 g rose petals)
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Citric acid

Directions

    Remove rose petals from the flower head. Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the leaves in a pot. Add sugar and citric acid. Cover and let stand for about 3 days. Stir in between.

    Pour the brew through a fine sieve and fill into clean, tightly sealed bottles. Chill the syrup.
