Ingredients

  • 60 g Roquefort cheese
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Put the cheese in a bowl and mash it well with a fork. Stir in the cream bit by bit. Add yoghurt and lemon juice. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper
