Wash the rosemary and thyme and dab dry. Wash the lemon, dab dry and peel thin strips with a julienne nipper. Wash the chilli pepper, dab dry and cut into thin rings.
Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices. Mix oil, rosemary, thyme, lemon, chilli and garlic and let it stand for 2-3 days. As long as the ingredients are always covered with oil, the seasoning marinade will keep for several weeks.
