  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 30 g Flour
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Heat the fat in a pot and sauté the flour in it. Add milk and vegetable stock while stirring, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in curry powder and season to taste with salt and pepper
