Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Cup (150 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Crème-fraîche
  • 1/2 (100 g) Whipped cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 1 TABLESPOON chopped almonds
  • 1 knife tip ground
  • 7-10 Tbsp Corinader
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

    Crème fraiche. Put cream and milk in a bowl and stir until smooth. Add apricot jam and almonds and mix. Season to taste with coriander, curry and salt
