Egg Bacon Dip

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 10 Eggs
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 250 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Hard boil eggs. Quench and peel. Dice bacon and fry until crisp in hot oil. Let everything cool down.

    Mix mayonnaise, milk and yoghurt. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Wash the chives and chop finely. Chop the eggs. Mix everything. Season to taste.
