  • 3 TABLESPOONS sweet mustard
  • 3 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 5 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 collar Dill

Directions

    Stir mustard, honey, cream cheese and vinegar until smooth. Wash the dill, dab dry and pluck flags from the stems. Put some flags aside for garnishing. Chop the rest of the dill very finely and stir into the sauce.

    Garnish with dill.
