Lime yoghurt dressing with herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 potty Chervil
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley and chives
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Lime slice for garnishing

Directions

    Wash the herbs and put something aside for garnishing. Pluck the parsley and chervil leaves from the stalks and chop them. Cut chives into small rolls. Mix yoghurt, milk and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in chopped herbs. Arrange the sauce in a small bowl and garnish with herbs and a slice of lime
