  • 2 Bag (30 g each) "Preparation for Sauce Hollandaise
  • 250 g Butter or margarine
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Rotisseur mustard

Directions

    Heat 1/4 litre of water in a pot, stir in the sauce powder with a whisk and bring to the boil. Cut the fat into pieces, add to the sauce and beat it gradually over a low heat until it melts.

    Add mustard and stir in.
