250 g Butter or margarine
3 TABLESPOONS Rotisseur mustard

Heat 1/4 litre of water in a pot, stir in the sauce powder with a whisk and bring to the boil. Cut the fat into pieces, add to the sauce and beat it gradually over a low heat until it melts.
