Romaine lettuce with artichokes

  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pine nuts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Drain artichoke hearts and cut in half. Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown.

    Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into the mixture. Mix salad, peppers, artichokes and marinade, arrange on plates and sprinkle with pine nuts.
