Rolls with Leberkäse and salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 75 g Salad leaves
  • 4 Radishes (approx. 15 g each)
  • 75 g Radish
  • 4 Gherkins (approx. 30 g each)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 8 Sliced Leberkäse (approx. 50 g each)
  • 4 Bread rolls (buns; approx. 50 g each)

Directions

    Clean, wash and tear the salad into smaller pieces. Clean, wash and thinly slice radishes. Peel, wash and thinly slice the radish. Cut gherkins lengthwise into slices.

    Peel onion, cut into rings and turn in flour. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the Leberkäse in portions until golden brown and remove. Fry the onion rings in the frying fat until golden brown. Cut the bread roll open and cover with salad, radish, radishes, gherkins, meat loaf and onion rings.

    Sweet mustard goes well with it.
