Peel, wash and roughly grate the radish. Sprinkle with salt and mix. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix the chives with the radish, except for a little bit for sprinkling.
Leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Wash and drain the salad.
Peel and finely dice the shallot. Cut the camembert into pieces. Mix softened butter and cream cheese until creamy. Add camembert, mustard and shallots and mix with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat clarified butter in a frying pan. Fry the Leberkäse for approx. 4 minutes, turning it over
Cut the pretzel rolls in half crosswise. Spread the lower halves with Obatzda. Cover with meat loaf, salad and radish. Sprinkle with chives. Place the upper halves of the roll on top
