Clean and wash the rocket and pluck the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Wash, clean and quarter or slice the strawberries. Wash and clean the mushrooms and twist out the stalk. Cut larger mushrooms into slices.
Cut the bacon into fine strips. In a hot frying pan leave it crispy. Add mushrooms and fry them. Season with salt and pepper. Take out mushrooms and bacon. Pour oil and vinegar into the frying stock and bring to the boil briefly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and leave to cool. Arrange salad and strawberries on a plate. Add mushrooms and bacon. Pour marinade over them.
