Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 350 g Spiral noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 package (150 g) Mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 Roman salad heart
  • 200 g Pork sausage
  • 100 g Salad cream (16 % fat)
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella balls and cut in half. Clean, wash and cut salad into strips.

    Cut the sausage into strips. Mix salad cream, yoghurt and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the pasta into a sieve and rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain.

    Pour into a bowl and mix with the remaining salad ingredients.
