Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 1 Vegetable onion (approx. 400 g)
  • 1.5 kg Turkey Breast
  • 1.5 kg ripped smoked chop
  • 1 TEASPOON Chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6-8 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Raspberries

Directions

    Peel and roughly dice the onion. Wash the turkey breast, dab dry and place on the fat pan of the oven together with the smoked pork loin.

    Mix chili, some salt and 3-4 tablespoons of oil. Rub the turkey breast with it. Season Kassler with pepper and drizzle with 3-4 tablespoons of oil. Spread onion around the meat and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour.

    Wash the marjoram, shake dry and pluck off the leaves, except for something to garnish. After about 40 minutes, pour on 1/4 litre of hot water and fry until done. Spread the marjoram on the pork loin. Let roast rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with marjoram and raspberries. Serve hot or cold
