Roasted pan with meat loaf

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 2 kg waxy potatoes
  • 4 medium-sized onions
  • 500 g Meatloaf
  • 100 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 4-5 tablespoons (50 g) clarified butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook covered for about 20 minutes. quench, peel and let cool down

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Chop meat loaf coarsely, bacon finely. Wash chives, chop finely. Cut potatoes into slices

    Heat 1 tablespoon of clarified butter in a large frying pan. Fry the bacon until crispy. Fry the onions briefly and take everything out. Fry the meat loaf in the bacon fat, take it out

    Fry the potatoes in the rest of hot clarified butter in 2-3 portions for about 10 minutes each. Turn from time to time, season. Put them on the fat pan with meat loaf, bacon and onions in a hot oven at approx. 100 °C. If necessary, place the roast back in the pan for serving. Sprinkle with chives
