Roast the hazelnut flakes in a pan without fat and let them cool down. Finely crumble the pumpernickel. Wash chives, parsley and dill, dab dry and chop. Peel onion and chop very finely. Cut the camembert into cubes as well. Crush soft butter, camembert and onion with a fork to a creamy mixture and mix.
If necessary, put the mixture in a cool place for a short time. Then turn about 45 small balls with your hands. Put hazelnuts, herbs, pumpernickel, paprika and curry in a small bowl and turn the balls in it. Put the cheese balls in small chocolate cuffs and arrange on a plate. Keep cool until serving.
