Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (185 ml) Natural tuna
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 4 leaves Head or picking salad
  • 6 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 2 Carrots
  • 200 g Cream cheese preparation with herbs and garlic
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 (approx. 280 g) Wheat tortillas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Drain the tuna and tear it up. Wash the lime, grate dry and finely grate half of the peel. Halve the lime, squeeze the juice. Wash and drain the salad. Wash marjoram, shake dry and chop the leaves of 4 stalks. Peel, wash and grate carrots

    Mix cream cheese, carrots, chopped marjoram, lime zest and juice, season with salt, paprika and pepper. Carefully stir in tuna

    Warm up the wraps in the microwave or oven. Place a lettuce leaf on each wrap. Spread tuna cream on top. Fold 2 opposite sides slightly over the filling, roll up firmly

    Wrap wraps in foil and chill. Just before serving, cut in half or cut into rolls, garnish with marjoram
