Roast beef sandwiches

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 150 g Rocket
  • 300 g Fresh cream
  • 20 g Horseradish or wasabi paste
  • 12 discs Sandwich bread (à approx. 42 g)
  • 18 discs Roast beef cold cuts (approx. 15 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean and wash the rocket and let it drain very well. Mix crème fraîche and horseradish. Cut off the crust of the bread slices. Place the slices next to each other on a work surface, spread with cream

    Cover 6 slices evenly with rocket, roast beef and finally with rocket. Place the remaining slices of bread on top and press down lightly. Cut sandwiches into quarters. Stick them together with wooden skewers, garnish with rocket and serve
