Salmon sandwiches

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 300 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 discs Sandwich bread (approx. 30 g each)
  • 6 discs (approx. 200 g) Smoked salmon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Wash the dill, dab dry. Pluck the pennants and chop finely, except for a little garnish. Mix cream cheese with dill, season to taste with pepper and a little salt

    Remove the crusts from the bread. Carefully roll slices a little thinner with a dough roll. Spread cream cheese on the slices. Place salmon on top. Roll up slices and wrap in foil, chill for approx. 1 hour

    Cut each roll into about 3 pieces, arrange on plates, garnish with dill

    Waiting time approx. 1 hour
