Break both types of chocolate separately into pieces and melt each in a hot water bath. Leave to cool a little.
In the meantime, mix the orange peel with 1 teaspoon of sugar (Sweet Orange) for the four toppings. For Green Nut chop the pistachios finely. For Cherry Sugar mix cherries with 1⁄2 tsp. sugar and chop finely.
For caramelllo, crush candy in a mortar.
Place the teaspoon on a tray, for example, with the stems slightly raised (e.g. on the rim or paper) so that the spoon troughs are horizontal. Pour each chocolate with a spoon into 10 spoon troughs and immediately sprinkle the toppings (Sweet Orange, Green Nut, Cherry Sugar and Caramel) onto 5 chocolate spoons each.
Chill for about 1 hour. Keep cool for about 1 week.
