Roast beef rolls with tomato mozzarella

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 1⁄2 Baguette
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 30 g dried tomatoes (in oil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 12 discs (approx. 250 g) Roast beef cold cuts
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 12 paprika-filled olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Cut the baguette into 12 slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated frying pan. Roast 6 baguette slices in it from both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, remove. Fry the remaining slices of bread in 1 tbsp. oil in the same way.

    Let it cool down.

    Cut mozzarella and dried tomatoes into fine strips. Wash the salad and drain well. Roast beef slices with mozzarella and ge

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Place the rolls in the pan with the seam side down and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then turn and fry all around. Spread baguette slices with sour cream and cover with salad.

    Pin roast beef rolls on top and garnish with olives.
