Roast beef carpaccio with basil

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 2 Spring onions
  • several sheets Salad (e.g. frisée)
  • 1/2 potty Basil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Raspberry vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g Thin slices of roast beef
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly peel of 1/2 organic orange in fine strips

Directions

    Clean and wash the tomatoes, spring onions and lettuce. Cut tomatoes into slices and spring onions into fine rings. Pluck salad smaller if necessary. Wash basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves

    Mix vinegar and honey. Add the oil. Season the marinade with salt and pepper

    Arrange lettuce, roast beef, tomato slices and basil on plates. Drizzle with marinade and sprinkle with spring onions and orange peel. Ciabatta tastes good with it
