Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and grated rind
  • 7-10 Tbsp v. 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 60 g Brown cake or s. Tip
  • 4 TSP Amaretto liqueur
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and icing sugar

Directions

  1. 1

Mix quark, milk, sugar, vanillin sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and zest until smooth. Whip cream until stiff and fold in

  2. 2

Finely crumble the brown cake. Divide 3/4 between 4 dessert glasses. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of liqueur over each and place 1 tablespoon of cranberries on each. Cover with the quark cream. Sprinkle remaining cranberries and biscuit crumbs over it. Decorate with mint and icing sugar if desired

  3. 3

If you can't get brown cake, you can crumble and layer either spiced specula or gingerbread without chocolate coating

  4. 4

Trifle is also ideal as a spontaneous dessert, because all the ingredients can be kept in stock. By the way: It goes even faster with 500 g cream quark instead of low-fat quark and cream
