Chop the chocolate, select about 33 larger pieces, melt the remaining chocolate over a warm water bath
Beat the butter, salt, sugar and chai powder until creamy with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the egg. Stir in melted chocolate. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir into the butter-chocolate mixture
Form cookie dough into approx. 33 balls and fill each with a piece of chocolate. Spread about 11 balls of dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 12 minutes. Let the finished cookies cool down and dust with icing sugar
