Cream icing sugar and butter with the whisk of the hand mixer. Add egg, vanilla sugar and salt and mix. Stir in flour and coconut flakes briefly. Pour the dough into a piping bag with a medium-sized star-shaped spout (12 mm). On 2-3 baking trays lined with baking paper splash dots as crystals (crystals: a thick tuff in the middle, about 6 small ones all around = 6-7 cm Ø). Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 7-8 minutes. Take out, first cool down on the baking trays, then let cool down on cake racks
