Wash lime hot, grate dry, grate peel thinly, halve fruit and squeeze juice. Clean and wash the Rharbarber and cut it into pieces of about 2 cm length. Sort the raspberries. Boil up prepared ingredients, sugar and 1/2 litre water. Simmer for about 20 minutes at medium heat
Hang the sieve in a bowl. Spread a gauze cloth over the sieve. Pour the juice in portions into the cloth. Squeeze out juice residues by wringing the cloth. Bring the juice to the boil again. Pour the juice as hot as possible into prepared bottles and close them tightly
