May punch with strawberries and mint

Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 Organic limes
  • 4 Stem(s) Mint
  • 1 (0.75 ml) Bottles of dry white wine
  • 100 ml Elderflower syrup
  • 1 (0.75 ml) Bottle of dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Wash limes hot, grate dry and cut into slices. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck some leaves from the stalks

    Put strawberries, slices of lime and mint in a bowl. Fill up with white wine and elderflower syrup and let it stand for about 1 hour. Fill up with sparkling wine shortly before serving
