Raisin and apple snails (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 400 g peeled, cored apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 150 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 40 g Raisins
  • 75 g Almond slivers
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder

Directions

    Wash and chop the apples. Steam apples, lemon juice, up to 1 tablespoon, and 30 g diabetic sweetness for about 5 minutes. Fold in raisins and almond slivers. Let cool off

    Knead curd, oil, 70 g diabetic sweetener, flour and baking powder to a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a rectangle of (30 x 35 cm). Spread the apple mixture on top and roll up from the short side. Cut the roll into slices of about 2 cm thickness. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / fan oven: 175 ° C/ gas: level 3) for 18-20 minutes. Let cool down

    Mix 50 g diabetic sweetener and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to a smooth glaze. Spread the snails with it and let them dry
