Take the dough out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before processing. Knead the dough briefly on a floured work surface, then roll out 4-5 mm thin and cut out crystals. Knead dough sections again, roll out and cut out. Place the biscuits on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper and bake them one after the other in a preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 6-8 minutes.
