Ingredients

  • 75 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whiskey cream liqueur
  • 1/3 Praline base
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Gold leaf

Directions

    Roast the nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Leave to cool. Stir the liqueur and nuts into the praline base. Form approx. 18 balls from the mixture with cool hands. Put the cocoa powder in a bowl. Roll the balls in it and chill for about 30 minutes. Using tweezers, place the gold leaf on the pralines
