Wash the potatoes and boil in boiling water for about 20 minutes, drain, rinse and peel. Wash and clean the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella. Cut potatoes, tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.
Cover the pans with potatoes, tomatoes and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Add some pesto to each pan, drizzle with oil and gratinate. Garnish with basil.
