Ingredients

  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Wine vinegar
  • 150 ml Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry

    For the aioli, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix with egg yolk, mustard and vinegar. Add oil while stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper and curry
