Tsatziki with flat bread

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of cream yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp red and green pickled peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp black olives
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) Flatbread

Directions

    Wash, peel and roughly grate the cucumber. Let the cucumber juice drip off a little. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press.

    Mix yoghurt with garlic, cucumber and chives and season with salt and pepper. Serve with red and green peppers, black olives and flat bread.
