Ingredients

  • 750 g Schleifchen-Nudeln
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml, drainer: 285 g) Vegetable corn
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for ten minutes. In the meantime, wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut in half lengthwise and slice. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Drain the corn. Drain the pasta, chill and let it cool down.

    Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Mix vinegar and lemon juice, add oil. Add the chives. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients and vinaigrette and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes
