Pecorino cheese skewers with avocado and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 1 TEASPOON Fennel seed
  • 1 TABLESPOON hulled sesame seed
  • 1 TABLESPOON black sesame seed
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 TEASPOON Olive oil
  • 10 Bamboo skewers

Directions

    Roast the fennel and sesame in a pan without fat while turning and remove. Cut cheese into 20 cubes. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half. Remove avocado flesh from the skin and cut into cubes.

    Turn the cheese in the seed mixture. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice and oil.

    Put 1/2 tomato, cheese, 1 cube avocado and cheese alternately on the skewers. Arrange skewers on plates. Baguette bread tastes good with them.
