Almond cream with cherries

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 sheets Gelatine
  • 400 ml Almond Drink
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 150 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 3-4 Tbsp Almond liqueur
  • 150 g Cherry Groats

Directions

    Soak gelatine in cold water. Bring the almond drink, vanillin sugar and condensed milk to the boil, then pour into a bowl. Squeeze the gelatine and dissolve in the almond milk. Stir in the liqueur and let it cool down lukewarm.

    Pour almond milk into glasses (approx. 200 ml each) and chill for at least 4 hours. Serve the cream with some groats. Add the rest of the groats.
