Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil them in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and peel. Dice plums finely. Cut cheese into small pieces. Break potatoes apart so that they fall into small pieces. Cut bacon slices in half.
Fry bacon crisply on the grill plate of the raclette machine. Put potatoes, plums and bacon in the pans. Put cheese on top. Bake under the hot raclette grill for about 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley
