Quick tortilla pizza from the pan

It's a good thing tortilla can be easily misused: The Tex-Mex classic is transformed into a tortilla pizza with olives, ham and mozzarella in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Soft tortillas (wraps; 140 g)
  • 1 jar (190 g each) Tomato sauce (e.g. Sugo of Saclà)
  • 1 TABLESPOON black olives (without stone; in slices)

Directions

    Cut the ham into strips. Cut mozzarella into slices. Spread a large pan (with lid) thinly with oil. Fry the tortilla patties in it at medium heat from each side 1⁄2 minute. Cover with half the sauce, ham, olives and mozzarella and bake in the covered pan for about 4 minutes.

    Keep finished pizza warm. Prepare another pizza in the same way (or prepare the pizzas in two pans). Wash the basil, roughly chop the leaves, sprinkle the pizzas with it. Season with pepper.
