Quark dish with apricots and grapes

  • 5 Apricot halves (tin)
  • 100 g Grapes
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of sweetener
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Cut the apricot halves into slices. Wash and halve the grapes. Stir curd and milk until smooth, season with sweetener and lemon juice. Stir the fruit, except for something to decorate, into the quark and arrange in a bowl. Decorate with lemon balm and other fruit
