Ingredients

  • 6-8 Eggs
  • 100 g Crab meat
  • 6 discs Salmon ham
  • 4 discs Smoked salmon
  • 6 Tl Herb cream cheese
  • 2 Asparagus spears
  • 7-10 Tbsp some pineapple chunks
  • 7-10 Tbsp some corn cobs
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Trout caviar
  • 7-10 Tbsp some radishes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cucumber
  • 7-10 Tbsp paprika-filled olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices
  • 3 TSP Curry-Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and parsley

Directions

    Boil eggs hard for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water, peel and halve lengthwise. Decorate with the ingredients indicated as desired. Place on a plate and place some trout caviar, smoked salmon, asparagus and corn on the middle. Garnish with lemon, herbs and olives
