Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes (about 250 g each)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes carefully and cook for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Grate cheese. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and put them on a tray. Stir the sour cream until smooth, season with salt and pepper and spread on the halves. Sprinkle with spring onions and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes
