Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack (150 g) frozen berry cocktail
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 750 g Low-fat curd
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lime juice
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 4 Lime slices and mint to decorate

    Defrost the berry cocktail and then pass through a sieve. Mix the puree with 20 g sugar. Mix quark, remaining sugar, lemon and lime juice. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark. Pour the quark mixture into a piping bag with a large perforated spout. Layer quark mixture and fruit puree in 4 glasses. Decorate with lime and mint as desired
