Prosecco \"Melon\" with sorbet

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 Sugar melon (about 400 g; e.g. Charentais, Galia or honeydew melon)
  • 4 (approx. 250 ml) balls lemon sorbet (package)
  • 1/8 l well chilled passion fruit nectar
  • 1/2 l well-chilled prosecco

Directions

    Seed melon with a spoon. Cut out balls from the flesh. Or remove the flesh from the skin all around and dice. Divide the melon into 4 tall glasses

    Add 1 scoop of sorbet each and fill up with passion fruit juice and Prosecco. Serve immediately
