Ingredients

  • 5 Oranges
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 (each 0.7 l) Bottles of red wine
  • 6 cl Orange liqueur (Grand Marnier)
  • 2 Grapefruits
  • 75-100 g Sugar

Directions

    Squeeze 3 oranges. Wash lemon hot and peel thinly. Heat red wine, orange liqueur, lemon peel and orange juice. Peel the remaining oranges and grapefruits so that the white skin is completely removed.

    Remove the fillets from the parting skins with a sharp knife. Add the fillets to the red wine and warm up briefly. Season to taste with the sugar.
