Prawns in curry cream

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 Italian bread to bake (400 g, alternatively 2 French baguettes
  • 1/2 (65 g) roll of pepper-butter
  • 250 g cooked shrimp tails
  • 200 g Yoghurt Salad Cream
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cut the bread into slices. Brush with butter and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes. Rinse shrimps cold and dab dry. Mix salad cream and crème fraîche.

    Season to taste with curry, salt and pepper. Fold in the prawns. Garnish with parsley if desired. Add the pepper butter bread
