Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (100 g) Bacon
  • 200 g pitted prunes
  • 1 jar(s) (850 ml; drained weight: 550 g) Peaches
  • 16 Thin slices of salami
  • 16 wooden skewers

Directions

    Halve the bacon slices if necessary. Wrap plums with it. Place the plums on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for ten minutes. Drain the peaches and cut into 16 slices. Use a toothpick to pin one salami slice each to a peach split. Arrange peaches and plums on a plate
