Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 leaves (approx. 20 g) Iceberg lettuce
  • 2-3 stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 1 Peach half (tin)
  • 4 discs Toast
  • 8 discs Turkey breast cold cuts (à approx. 16 g)

Directions

    Wash the salad and parsley, shake dry. Pluck the salad into large pieces, chop the parsley except for a few leaves for garnishing. Mix mayonnaise with chopped parsley. Drain the peach and cut into 6 slices

    Toast slices of bread. Spread with mayonnaise and top with salad, turkey breast and peach slices. Garnish with parsley leaves
