  • 200 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 200 g Whole milk couverture
  • 30 g Coconut oil
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Coarsely chop the couverture and coconut oil. Heat the cream, melt the couverture and coconut oil in it. Pour the mixture into a tall mixing bowl and cover with foil and chill for 2-3 hours. Whip the chocolate mixture with the whisk of the hand mixer.

    Divide the mass by three.
