Potatoes & pears au gratin

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 8 Potatoes (about 150 g each)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 ripe pears (about 150 g each)
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 150 g Camembert cheese
  • 8 Walnut kernel halves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (thickened; from the glass)

Directions

    Grease the baking tray. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them close together, but do not cut through. Place on the baking tray. Melt the fat and spread it on the potatoes. Season with salt. Pre-bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes

    Wash the pears, halve and possibly remove the seeds. Put the pears on the tray. Bake everything else for about 20 minutes

    Cut bacon into small pieces, cheese into thin slices or pieces. 5 minutes before the end of the baking time, cover potatoes with camembert, pears with bacon, blue cheese and nuts. Garnish with parsley if necessary. Serve with cranberries
